All orders are pre-order and have an estimated turnaround time of 2–4 weeks from the date of purchase. This includes processing, sourcing, and shipping your order directly to you. We appreciate your patience — good things take time, and your look is worth the wait!

🔄 What Is Your Return & Exchange Policy?
Because all of our items are pre-ordered and made specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on pre-order items unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives with a defect or issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority — always.
